Helpful Products
An extremely helpful object in some situations can be a fire extinguisher. Even if it’s just launching fireworks or cooking on the grill, it's always a handy item to have. Be smart about them though, not all extinguishers are the same. Some are meant for grease fires, others for common house fires, and new fire blankets for humans. Many common people make the mistake of considering fire extinguishers to be all purpose. Just a safety tip from me to you.
Lunch bunch
If I could have lunch with any three people they would definitely be the Jesus Christ, Hitler, and Jillian Michaels. I wouldn’t necessarily like to have these three people in the same lunch meeting but I would really like to pick at their brains separately. Jesus Christ would be the number one because I would like to just soak up his love in his presence and ask him some questions that have lately been on my mind. I would then like to speak to Hitler (in English) and try to understand how he could do those atrocious things to millions of jews. Lastly, I would like to have lunch with Jillian so she could point me in the right direction for how to lose weight at a steady pace.
That’s what a burger is…all about
There is no doubt about it I am 100% an In-n-Out fan. I love their fresh double-double burgers melting with cheese with a side of fries. That is hands down my all time favorite food/meal. And what drink could be worthy of sharing the spotlight with this meal? Only a strawberry milkshake from In-n-Out as well. The combination of the salty flavors from the food and the sweet flavors from the milkshake make for the perfect balance…one bite here, one sip there, and so on until bliss takes over. These are definitely my favorite food and drink because they are delicious, cheap, and surprisingly enough not too horribly unhealthy.

Family Matters
My immediate family is very Mexican. My father was super overprotective when I was growing up and would never let me or my sister sleep over at our friend’s houses. Like the typical macho man he would not allow my mother to work even though she really wanted to because he was the breadwinner and she had to clean, cook, and take care of the kids. Although they have their quirks and are slow to say it, my family is very loving and supportive of one another. My family is definitely very joyful, when we are together we like to laugh a lot and tell jokes, it’s always fun to be around them!
Clothes call

I have four very diverse sets of clothes in my wardrobe to be worn at three very different places. I have all of my work clothes which are business casual, mostly slacks, nice shirts, a few suits, and heels. I have my going out clothes that are casual, such as jeans, cute shirts, sandals. Then I have the clothes I wear at home only. You would not catch me in these old baggy sweats and tiny tank tops anywhere other than in my apartment! Lastly I have my gym clothes which I use to work out, mostly my running gear. Interestingly enough these four sets rarely are matched together.
Email service to go
I would have to say my favorite email is service is definitely Yahoo! I may be a bit biased because this was the first service I started using in high school so I feel I am most familiar with it. I think it is very user friendly, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and it holds a lot of memory. Meaning, you don’t have to erase a ton of emails to keep receiving new ones. I also really like that you can see a long list of emails in one screen and it’s fairly fast. My favorite feature is that you can access it anywhere (I know this is true of many other services as well) but as I said I am biased.
A match made in heaven?
The worst date I’ve ever had would definitely have to in 2001 when I went a park very late at night with my then boyfriend. We decided to go for a walk along the pond and do a picnic underneath the stars. Unfortunately, the park’s lights were not on at all so we were walking in the pitch black night and temperatures dropped very unexpectedly while all I had was a very thin shirt. He got the bright idea to start a fire (in a barbeque grill of course) with charcoal he just happened to have in his trunk. Out came the match, the flame was sparked and into the darkness a small light appeared. It didn’t take too long for the firemen to show up – how embarrassing.

How do I love him, let me count the ways
I have been married for almost 7 years and can honestly say I love my husband more now than the day I married him. Sure we’ve had our ups and downs but the reason our marriage is so solid is that it is placed on a solid foundation – God’s love. What I love most about my husband is that he is constantly working to better himself to God’s standards as written in the bible. This is great because it puts the pressure off me to nag for changes and he feels good because he is seeking God’s ways and as a married couple we benefit. I love that he will conform his opinions to the truth of the word of God and this has made him a wonderful man I can go to for comfort, joy, peace, and everything in between!
AT&T gets an A+ from me

- Image via Wikipedia
I currently have my phone plan with AT&T as I have for the past 7 years. This was the first phone carrier I ever went with and have stuck with them since. Many people complain about the spotty reception but I never have any issues with dropped calls or no reception. It could be that the city I am in has a lot of phone towers. I would say the price is pretty decent, especially when I’ve compared to some other carriers my friends or family use, so overall I am satisfied with my phone carrier and do like the company.
Sneak Peak to the past week
This past week has not been so very different from many others before it since the main activity I did was WORK! Yes, I said the four letter word. I did get to start the week off right by going to church on Sunday and getting in some good bible teachings which helps me to stay grounded for the rest of the week. Monday through Friday were wake up by 6:45 and out the door by 8 to get to work by 9. The routine is then to work, take a lunch break, then hit the gym and show my body no mercy (ran two miles). The one very exciting thing I did this week was go with my sister to her ultrasound.
