My Recent Resolution
I am on a strict diet from yesterday. I don’t add oil or sugar in my diet. With great difficulty, I will finish my second day today. For breakfast, it is very little quantity of wheat to prepare Porridge or Chappathi (Indian Food). For lunch, only boiled vegetables like a mixture of carrot, radish and beetroot, I also add a salad consisting of tuna, tomato and onion. For dinner, a combination of three fruits, like an apple, pear and rock melon. In between my meals I drink 8 glasses of water. I need to accomplish a weight of 60 to 70 Kgs.
