I never deny any thing at the work spot. The habit of cribbing never comes in me. I say first say yes than think over the job. Then tell on the difficulties. This habit of me is liked by all. The habit of saying no and then doing the job is hated by me. The smiling face adds value to my face as well as my job. The toughest jobs are tried by me first than my subordinate. Automatically, the subordinates come to my rescue and the job is finished promptly. The smile gets me through the job and the task is done by my team with unison and the smile is infectious and spreads to all.

Happiness that should come in without interruption!!
Happiness is a state of mind. The presence of peaceful mind makes some happy and money makes some happy. If money does not come regularly also one may not be happy. But too much money may also not guarantee happiness. I foresee a life in which peaceful mind should be bestowed in me regularly. This requires a mind which realizes all is not money. We should love money but more than that we should learn to love the feelings of others. A word of courtesy like thank you makes life a peaceful existence. Praise on the tasty sandwich made by your spouse in her busy schedule for going for a job as well as taking care of your kid, will be a great solace to her.

India is a country which I live in a multifaceted one. We have peoples of all religions and creeds. Like Christmas is celebrated, in India, the majority Hindus celebrate a festival called Diwali also called the festival if light. The festival marks the death of a demon that was killed by a Hindu God for his evil deeds. So the people of that time were so happy that fireworks were burst to express their happiness. The said tradition continues and I was in that celebrations with my family in the last week end. The day begun with a bath and wearing new clothes, followed by bursting of crackers.
All Inclusive Growth, my dream of the future World!!!
The word growth is much spoken in the world by economist. The concept of the growth has changes and all inclusive growth has taken its place. Here, it means world were the fruits of growth reach all people and not to certain pockets of strata in a society. I would like to see an all inclusive growth in which the fruit of growth percolates in a Society. Here, in India education is targeted by economist to bring all inclusive growth. When everybody gets the chance to go for schooling, then everybody gets a chance to get employed and get a decent job.
Music for the soul!!
My concept of music is softness, melody and soul searching. The blend of all the said qualities was felt much in Carnatic music or more called as classical music in India and originated in the deep south of India. The music based in Western countries like jazz makes my heart pound and blood pressure reach the peak. I fear my age as the culprit in dislike fast music. The fast music in high decibel tear the ear drums and disturbs me a lot. The gentle carnatic music flow through the air and fill my heart and soul with abundant happiness which ought to felt rather than to be told to anyone.

The Capital city of India which captivated me!!!
The farthest place visited by me is New Delhi in India and India is the place where I live. New Delhi is the capital city of India, which captivated me. I went there for a job in a government owned company. The streets of New Delhi fascinated me as I was first time in my life to see the broad roads and buildings like Rashtrpathi Bhavan, where the President of India lives. Initially, as I went there first time away from my dear and near ones, I could not enjoy much. The time is a best medicine to heal the memories; I started liking the place and enjoyed my stay and my job there. Friends were my solace there.

Shopping is an art and as I go shopping with my with my spouse, she sprints from one shop to other to get her a best deal. My nature is to restrict in a big shopping mall which has shops like Big Bazaar, where a pin to plane, are available in a single umbrella. Moreover, as your pocket is filled with $1000 which is equivalent to Rupees a whooping amount of Rs.50, 000/- where 1 dollar is equal to Rs.50/-. The goods that can be fetched at Big Bazaar are all type of consumer durable and non durable goods. As an Indian, the amount is huge. So I will go for an Inverter for my house which I presently need the most at home.
Fire Fighters
We are well known about the damages of the fire. In those days we used the water and sand for avoid the fire. But now the science growth find lot of items like flame extinguishers to fight with fire. The carbon dioxide is the enemy of fire. The fire extinguisher is many types. Like water based, dry powder based, CO2 based. They fix a coding to find the specific type. The dry powder based extinguisher is used commonly we can use it on electric fire also. But water based extinguisher can't be used on electric fires. The CO2 based extinguishers are really well but cause some problems for humans. The operating method is very easy. Just press on the top of the extinguisher and spray that on fire. It is reworked for particular time even it does not used. It has lot of sizes based on the usage. For office small size extinguisher is enough, but does not enough for factories. So we want a big sized. It is compulsory equipment for all buildings.
Social Research is my cup of Tea!!!
I have a Post degree in Management and Economics. Both the qualifications has taken me to jobs like Marketing, Sales Administration, Export marketing and Administration as well as finally to Social Research. The last but not the least job I got and presently handling is Social Research in Government has made me satisfied. The reasons behind them are many and I felt the in born qualities in me made me like or dislike or even misfit for a job. The not so street smart nature of me made me a misfit for the sales job but my inquisitive nature of me made me best fit for the social research job.
