To help all and do well with a smiling face!!

I never deny any thing at the work spot. The habit of cribbing never comes in me. I say first say yes than think over the job. Then tell on the difficulties. This habit of me is liked by all. The habit of saying no and then doing the job is hated by me. The smiling face adds value to my face as well as my job. The toughest jobs are tried by me first than my subordinate. Automatically, the subordinates come to my rescue and the job is finished promptly. The smile gets me through the job and the task is done by my team with unison and the smile is infectious and spreads to all.
